  • MOQ Options: 10 - 50, 50 - 100, 100 - 500, 500+ pieces.

  • Pricing: Exclusive of GST (applies to Indian customers) and shipping. International customers are GST-exempt.

  • Payment: 50% deposit at order confirmation, balance before dispatch.

  • Lead Time: Varies based on order size and will be communicated.

  • Cancellations: Allowed within 24 hours; after that, deposits are non-refundable.

  • Returns: No returns/exchanges for custom or bulk orders. Defects must be reported within 14 days.

  • Customization: Available for design, colors, and branding. Lead time based on order size.

  • Shipping: Costs vary by destination. Customers handle customs duties/taxes for international orders.

  • Jurisdiction: Disputes will be handled under New Delhi, India laws.
