Shipping & Returns

• Delivery is free within India and will be done through Overnite.

• A signature is required upon receipt of the order.

• Allow 6-7 working days for delivery due to seasonal demand.

• If you or someone on your behalf cannot sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card for arranging re-delivery.

• Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.

• If delivery is impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions, the order may be canceled, and the original delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.

• Bank Holidays are not considered working days.

• Delivery may take up to 7 to 15 working days.

• Delivery charge includes delivery only, and import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of international customers.

• Free international delivery on orders over $200 or equivalent value in other currency is only applicable on retail orders placed through this site and not on wholesale orders.

International Shipping Partner:

• The policy applies to any product purchased through Pashmeen.com.

• Orders can be canceled on the website or through email to support@pashmeen.com before dispatch/shipping.

• Goods purchased in the last 14 days in their original packaging are eligible for return.

• Custom-made or special orders cannot be returned.

• Regular-priced goods may be refunded, but goods on sale cannot be refunded.

• Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned if unsealed after delivery.

• Pashmeen.com reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions.

• A refund will be issued to the original payment method used for placing the order, excluding delivery charges, once the order is processed.

• The cost and safe return of goods are the responsibility of the customer until the order is received at Pashmeen's returns depot.

• An insured and trackable mail service is recommended for return shipment.

• A refund cannot be issued without the actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

• Goods must be returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with an invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt.

• The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Pashmeen's address mentioned below.

• Pashmeen.com cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

• A refund cannot be issued without the actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
