JASAV CORPORATION has the exclusive right to use the brand name Pashmeen in connection with the goods and services for which it is registered. This includes the right to use the Pashmeen brand name on this website (pashmeen.com), in our marketing materials, and on our products. We value our trademark rights and take steps to protect them. 

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pashmeen, an e-commerce store that specializes in scarves, stoles, and shawls. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Ordering

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit or debit card issued in your name. When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment by credit or debit card, and all payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location. We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 business days, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be imposed on international orders.

Delivery Within India:

• There is no delivery charge within India. All orders will be sent by Overnite and will require a signature on receipt to accept. Due to seasonal demand please allow 6-7 working days to avoid disappointment. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card for you to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.
• We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched and if delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions, we may need to cancel your order and deduct from the refund the original delivery charges. We will notify you if this is case in order to arrange for new order to be placed if required. Bank Holidays are not considered working days.

International Delivery:

• Please allow up to 7 to 15 working days for your order. Please note that this charge includes delivery only, therefore international customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes. All deliveries will require a signature to accept. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card for you to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.
• We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched and if delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions, we may need to cancel your order and deduct from the refund the original delivery charges. We will notify you if this is case in order to arrange for new order to be placed if required.

Please note that www.pashmeen.com cannot deliver to any PO BOX addresses or to private addresses in China and Russia

5. Returns and Exchanges

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging
• The following Goods cannot be returned:
• Items excluded from this policy are custom made or special orders.
• Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges, once the order has been processed. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods. Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot, therefore we suggest you arranged as tracked or recorded delivery service and for high-value items, that you insure the costs of goods before you send them.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and videos, is the property of Pashmeen and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our website or the information, content, materials, or products included on our website. You agree that your use of our website is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the products purchased from our website.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the courts of the Republic of India.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of our website after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
